The Pleated Scroll
3-hour Recording
Includes a materials kit for making three pleated scrolls
Previously recorded February 15, 2025
Description:
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you will learn to create a pleated scroll—a folded book form that, when opened, stretches out to a long wall hanging. The pleated scroll is ideal for displaying quotes and artwork, or sending wishes, poems or letters to friends and family. The covers are made with beautiful Japanese chiyogami paper and the book is bound with waxed linen thread and bead embellishments. A keepsake treasure! When you purchase the recording, Sally will email a packet of handouts and resource materials. She will also send, via snail-mail, a kit with all the makings for three pleated scrolls.
Note: Participants outside the U.S. will be asked to pay for postage on the kit mailing.
